Cancellation & Refund Policy — Pisqre Learning Pvt. Ltd.

1. Policy Overview
Pisqre values user satisfaction and transparency. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions under which tutoring sessions may be cancelled and refunds may be issued for both students and tutors.
2. Session Cancellation by Students
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows (where the student fails to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for any refund.
3. Session Cancellation by Tutors
- If a tutor cancels a session, the student will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no extra cost.
- Tutors are expected to maintain reliability. Repeated cancellations (more than 3 in a month) may result in account suspension or further action by Pisqre.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Any payment gateway or processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Technical Issues
If a session fails due to technical issues originating from Pisqre's platform, students will be offered either a free reschedule or a full refund, based on their preference.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to session cancellations or payments must be reported within 48 hours of session completion by contacting admin@pisqre.com. Pisqre's resolution team will review the issue and respond within 5 working days.
7. Policy Updates
Pisqre reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the platform, and continued use of Pisqre constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
