1. Session Preparation
Tutors are required to prepare in advance for every session based on the topic, syllabus, or learning goals shared by the student or Pisqre.
2. Standard Session Flow
Each tutoring session should follow a structured learning flow:
- Brief explanation of key concepts
- Interactive Q&A or practice-based activity
- Quick summary or revision of learned topics
- Homework or practice suggestions (if applicable)
3. Learning Experience
- Encourage student participation and doubt clarification.
- Adapt teaching pace based on the student’s understanding.
- Focus on clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes.
4. Structure Compliance
Tutors are expected to strictly follow Pisqre’s defined tutoring structure. Skipping sessions, deviating from the learning framework, or promoting outside services may result in disciplinary action.
