1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Pisqre (“Pisqre”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
2. Services Overview
Pisqre is an online education platform that connects students and tutors for personalized, live one-to-one learning sessions. We facilitate scheduling, communication, and secure payments while acting solely as an intermediary to ensure safe, structured, and reliable learning experiences.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Pisqre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information or involved in misuse of the platform.
4. Eligibility
Students must be at least 13 years old. Minors under 18 years require parental or guardian consent. Tutors must be 18 years or older and provide valid identity proof, qualification documents, and bank details for verification purposes.
5. Platform Usage Rules
All users must use Pisqre solely for lawful educational purposes, maintain professional conduct during sessions, avoid abusive or misleading content, and refrain from misusing chat or video features for non-educational communication.
6. Payment Ethics & Prohibited Conduct
Pisqre strictly prohibits any direct or off-platform payments between students and tutors. Sharing contact details for private payment, bypassing the Pisqre payment system, or engaging in external transactions will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, permanent account deletion, and potential legal action under applicable Indian laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, platform designs, content, and software used on Pisqre are the exclusive intellectual property of Pisqre Learning Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer
Pisqre acts as a learning facilitator. While tutor profiles are verified, Pisqre does not guarantee the academic accuracy or quality of user-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pisqre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss or communication failures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
